By creating an account, accessing MYEQ or using its production capabilities, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced by them. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived.

MYEQ is an intelligent audiovisual production platform that can assist with scripts, storyboards, entities, references, image, video, voice, editing, QA, repair, automation and related creative workflows.

Capabilities can use MYEQ technology and third-party infrastructure or model providers. Providers, models and availability can change without changing the core production contract.

You are responsible for your credentials and authorized activity under your account. Workspace owners and administrators control membership and permissions within the authority exposed by the product.

A Workspace member does not acquire access to projects, assets or economic information outside the permissions granted to that member.

Self-service MYEQ uses prepaid balance and usage-based charging. The current commercial model does not require a monthly or annual SaaS subscription or a per-seat software fee.

Paid execution may consume balance according to the operation, resolution, duration, assets and workflow involved. Estimates are informational until the authoritative economic receipt is created. Managed production services are separate professional engagements.

You must have the rights and permissions required for prompts, scripts, images, videos, audio, trademarks, likenesses, voices, music and other materials you upload or instruct MYEQ to use.

Do not upload or request use of material in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual or other third-party rights.

Generative systems can produce inaccurate, unexpected, similar or legally restricted outputs. Generation does not constitute legal clearance, factual verification, uniqueness, copyrightability or approval for publication.

You are responsible for reviewing generated assets before publication, distribution or commercial exploitation. MYEQ does not claim ownership of your uploaded materials merely because they are processed by the platform.

Voice replication and identity-sensitive workflows require the permissions and consent shown by the relevant product flow. You may not impersonate, deceive or exploit another person without lawful authority.

Where MYEQ records a consent receipt, that receipt supports the workflow but does not replace your responsibility to have a valid legal basis for the requested use.

Agent, API and MCP access may perform actions, consume balance or operate on production data within the permissions granted to the authenticated user or Workspace. You are responsible for credentials, integrations and instructions you authorize.

Paid or destructive actions may require explicit confirmation, idempotency or other safety gates. Attempts to bypass those controls may result in suspension.

You must use MYEQ lawfully and may not use it for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, rights violations or other prohibited activity. A third-party provider may reject content under its own policies.

MYEQ may route work through different technologies when permitted by MYEQ rules and the product contract. A provider refusal does not grant permission to create unlawful or prohibited content elsewhere.

Partner compensation is based on eligible settled paid consumption attributed under the MYEQ Partner contract, not on signups or prepaid deposits. The current program rate is 30% unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

MYEQ closes calendar-month statements and processes eligible payouts on the 7th of the following month. Refunds, reversals, fraud, disputes, invalid payout details, tax or compliance requirements may adjust, delay or hold payment.

MYEQ is provided on an as-available basis. AI providers, storage, networks and other dependencies can fail or change. We may modify, suspend or retire capabilities where necessary for security, law, reliability or product evolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MYEQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and any signed managed-production, enterprise or Partner agreement that applies to you.
