Paid plans may be offered on monthly or annual billing cycles. Billing terms, renewals and cancellations are managed in the account billing area.

User assets generated or uploaded in MYEQ.PRO belong to the user. Users receive full authorship and commercial exploitation rights over their assets, subject to applicable law and these Terms. MYEQ.PRO does not claim ownership over user-created assets.

MYEQ.PRO is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Output quality may vary depending on prompts, source material and model behavior.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MYEQ.PRO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use.

These Terms are interpreted under the legal framework applicable to MYEQ.PRO operations and mandatory consumer protections.

MYEQ.PRO may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
