Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, MYEQ may process account and profile data, Workspace membership, projects, scripts, storyboards, Skills, production entities, prompts, references, uploaded and generated media, voice samples, consent records, billing data, Partner attribution, support messages, API/MCP activity, Agent task context and technical logs.

We process information to authenticate users, provide and improve requested product functionality, preserve production state, secure the service, prevent abuse, account for usage, provide support, execute authorized automation and meet legal or contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

Workspace data is visible only according to the permissions and tenant boundaries implemented by MYEQ. Owners and authorized administrators may see membership, project or economic information required for their role.

Joining a Workspace does not make your unrelated personal projects or another Workspace visible to its administrators.

Images, video, audio, scripts and reference assets may be stored and processed so MYEQ can generate, edit, verify, recover and deliver the production you request. Durable references can be reused inside the authorized project or Workspace context.

Voice samples, transcripts, hashes and consent receipts may be processed when you use voice replication or character-voice features. These workflows can involve sensitive identity interests and should only be used where you have valid permission and legal authority.

MYEQ may retain the minimum durable evidence necessary to prevent unauthorized replay, verify consent and support production recovery, subject to the actual retention rules of the service.

When you ask MYEQ Agent to operate a browser task, MYEQ may process the prompt, account and project context, relevant page content, URLs, titles, screenshots or observations needed for the task, attached files and execution/recovery metadata.

Protected form fields such as passwords, one-time authentication codes and payment-card fields are designed to be excluded from model-visible browser observations.

Information required to perform a requested task may be sent to infrastructure, storage, payment, communications or AI providers acting for MYEQ or as independent providers under their own terms. Only the data reasonably necessary for the requested operation should be transmitted.

Provider selection can change as capabilities, reliability and regional availability evolve.

MYEQ processes payment and usage records needed to maintain prepaid balance, Workspace economic provenance, refunds, receipts and fraud controls. Payment-card data is handled by the payment provider rather than stored as raw card details by MYEQ.

For the Partner program, MYEQ may process attribution, eligible consumption, statement, payout status and PayPal destination information. Partners should receive only economic attribution information required by the program, not private prompts, projects or assets of the referred customer.

MYEQ uses essential session, locale, security and product-state technologies. Referral attribution may use a limited-duration referral cookie. Any non-essential analytics or marketing technologies should be subject to the consent requirements applicable in the user’s region.

Different categories require different retention periods for production recovery, billing, security, consent evidence and legal obligations. MYEQ applies technical and organizational measures intended to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Account deletion does not necessarily erase records that MYEQ must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, audit or consent-evidence purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or export certain personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. Requests can be made through the official MYEQ contact channels.

MYEQ may need to verify identity before fulfilling a rights request.
