В зависимости от функций: account, Workspace, projects, scripts, storyboards, Skills, entities, prompts, references, media, voice, consent, billing, Partner attribution, support, API/MCP, Agent и logs.
2. Цели
Authentication, product functions, production continuity, security, usage accounting, support и authorized automation.
Мы не продаём персональные данные.
3. Workspaces и видимость
Видимость следует roles и tenant boundaries; Workspace не раскрывает unrelated personal projects или другие Workspaces.
4. Media и references
Assets могут храниться/обрабатываться для generation, edit, verification, recovery и delivery запрошенной production.
5. Voice и identity
Voice samples, transcripts, hashes и consent receipts могут обрабатываться для Voice Replication только при действующем разрешении.
6. Agent и browser automation
Для задачи могут обрабатываться prompt, context, relevant page content, URLs, screenshots, files и execution metadata; protected fields проектируются вне model-visible observations.
7. Providers
Необходимые данные могут передаваться infrastructure, storage, payment, communications или AI providers.
8. Billing и Partners
MYEQ обрабатывает payment/usage для balance, refunds и receipts. Для Partners — attribution, statements, payout, PayPal без раскрытия private projects клиентов.
10. Retention и security
Сроки зависят от recovery, billing, security, consent evidence и law. Account deletion не всегда удаляет records, которые должны храниться.
11. Ваши права
В зависимости от юрисдикции доступны access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection или portability; возможна проверка identity.
12. Дети, изменения и контакт
MYEQ не предназначен для использования несовершеннолетними в нарушение применимых требований. Существенные изменения получают новую effective date.
